Why did you pick your derby name and number?

I had a bit of the Bieber Fever and it made me laugh..don’t judge me! My number comes from my birthday and it’s always been my favorite number.

 

Started playing derby:  2012

 

Birthday: April 19

 

Favorite ice cream:  I don’t discriminate. I’ll take them all!

 

Derby Likes: Everything. I’m completely in love with this sport!

 

Derby Dislikes: Probably the day after a game. My soul is complete but my body aches.

 

Favorite Food:Do pickles count?

 

Hobbies: I don’t really have any other hobbies besides derby unless eating and sleeping count

 

Why did you decide on playing derby?

I was new to town and wanted a physical hobby and a good way to meet people. I’ve always loved skating. My stepdad saw them in a parade so I found them on FB and decided to check out a practice and haven’t turned back since.

 

What is your favorite thing about roller derby?

Probably getting in a really good hit…it’s very exhilarating!

 

What is your most impressive derby injury?

I broke my arm resulting in surgery and a nice rod being put in. I got some pretty sweet scars now so I’m branded for life.

 

Do you have any advice for people thinking about trying derby?

I never knew what I was missing until now. Do it!! You won’t regret it.
